Landlord Jeffrey Cusimano has made this eastside Detroit street a business base, buying his first house on Tacoma in 1989. Since then, he’s been tied to 29 properties in an eight-block area around 13694 Tacoma, all of which have cycled through mortgage and tax foreclosure. Cusimano, or companies he is affiliated with, still own 14 of the homes as of this spring. Click on a property to learn more about it.
